My partner and I served this recipe for our the main meal a couple of days ago. Everybody loved it, I most certainly will be cooking it on a regular basis now, it is always wonderful to uncover innovative ideas for dishes and straightforward techniques to prepare them. Thanks for coming up with them.

How much pumpkin do you use? I used a large can and I'm finding that it's taking over an hour to cook. The size can I could find here in Canada is 796 ml or close to 3 cups. Please let me know, I love pumpkin pie but have to eat relatively low fat and low carb.

Hey girls!

Me and my daughter and my two grandsons just had the panko coating on chicken breasts, and it was delicious! Everyone loved it including the kids. My daughter stated that it tasted a bit like KFC chicken.

I must admit that we did add a bit more of the Mrs Dash "table blend", which gave it more taste, and we can't wait to try it with the other Mrs Dash varieties, as well as trying it on pork chops. I will let you know how it goes. I also saw that the panko comes in two more varieties, one being whole wheat, which I am alos going to try.

One thing that we did notice, that we are going to change next time, and may be a suggestion for others that are going to try it. It does make a lot of coating, and we had some left over, but the chicken had already been rubbed into it, and so we were wary of saving the rest. Next time we will just use what we need in a bowl, and if we need more we will add it, that way whatever is left over, you can save for another day.

Great meal though!! and I am so excited to try more recipies.

I am also trying the roasted vegetables, but they are not done yet. I can smell them though, and they smell deliciious.
