Cinnamon Apple Pork Roast
This topping adds a very mild sweet & spicy taste to roast pork. Try serving the roast pork with the roast vegetable recipe.
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon Honey (optional)
Mix together in a small bowl, and rub on all sides of pork roast. Top with apple slices, onion slices and several gloves of garlic. Bake in oven until roast reaches 76 degrees C (or 170 degrees F). Also makes wonderful gravy.
