Slowcooker Orange Chicken
This chicken has a wonderful tangy flavor. Only minutes to put together then simmer in a slow cooker or very low oven.

4 large chicken breasts
- l large onion chopped (optional)
- 1 clove garlic chopped (optional) BROWN in slower cooker then ADD:
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade (sugar free)
- 2/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce light
- 2 Tablespoons fresh grated ginger (or jarred)
Cover and simmer on low for 6 – 8 hours. Serves 6 – 8.
