Slowcooker Orange Chicken

This chicken has a wonderful tangy flavor. Only minutes to put together then simmer in a slow cooker or very low oven.

  • 4 large chicken breasts

  • l large onion chopped (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic chopped (optional) BROWN in slower cooker then ADD:
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade (sugar free)
  • 2/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce light
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh grated ginger (or jarred)

Cover and simmer on low for 6 – 8 hours. Serves 6 – 8.
